At Little Stars Nursery, we aim to be realistic and flexible with our fees whilst remaining competitive. 
All fees should be paid in full for the month the child attends by bank transfer, standing order or Child Tax-free scheme.
Late collection and early drop-offs of children booked session times will incur a charge of £5 per first 5 minutes and £5 per minute after that.

A two-week deposit must be paid on the day the invoice is received to secure a child's place at Little Stars Nursery. If the deposit is not paid within 3 days, nursery space will be offered to the next child on the waiting list. 

Six-week notice is needed to cancel the contract, and payment has to be made in full for all previously used sessions. 

The deposit will be used towards the last invoice fees if the 6-week notice is given.

The deposit is NOT- Refundable if the place for the child is confirmed but won't be taken.

A non-refundable registration fee of £75 will be applicable once the nursery space is offered and confirmed.

Charges will apply from the date stated on the registration form; fees are payable for the settling-in period.

A minimum of 2 full-day sessions per week of attendance is required; booked days will need to include Monday or Friday.

If you are entitled to 30 hours of funded hours of childcare, a minimum of 3 days booking is required. 

Ad-hoc sessions will be possible to book, subject to availability: £105 for a full day.

Swapping sessions are not available.

Fees are to be paid in full for any absences with regard to child illnesses or holidays.

Fees will also be charged if the nursery has to close due to unpredicted emergencies or government forces.

All fees must be paid for 52 weeks regardless of all holidays, including the two weeks at Christmas, Bank Holidays and Training Days when the Nursery is closed.

The nursery is open through the summer months.

The schedule of fees is reviewed annually – usually for April each year, but the nursery reserves the right to review fees sooner if necessary – for example, if costs suddenly rise or if the National Minimum Wage increases substantially. 
Parents are always notified of the fee increase at least a month in advance and are provided with the revised fee structure for that year.
