At Little Stars Nursery, we aim to be realistic and flexible with our fees whilst remaining competitive.
All fees should be paid in full for the month the child is attending by bank transfer, cheque or standing order.
Late collection and early drop-offs of children booked session times will incur a charge of £5 per 5 minutes.
To secure a child's place at Little Stars Nursery, two weeks deposit needs to be paid on the day when the invoice is received. If the deposit is not paid within 3 days, nursery space will be offered to the next child on the waiting list.
Charges will apply from starting date from the registration form, fees are payable for settling in period.
Six-week notice is needed to cancel the contract, and payment has to be made in full for all previously used sessions.
A minimum of 3 full-day sessions per week of attendance is required, 3 days will need to include Monday or Friday.
Ad-Hoc sessions will be possible to book, subject to availability: £90 for full-day.
Swapping sessions is not available.
Fees are to be paid in full for any absences with regards to child illnesses or holidays.
Fees will also be charged if the nursery has to close due to unpredicted emergencies or government forces.
All fees must be paid for 52 weeks regardless of all holidays including the two weeks at Christmas, Bank Holidays and Training Days when the Nursery is closed.
The nursery is open through the summer months.
The schedule of fees is reviewed annually – usually for April each year, but the nursery reserves the right to review fees sooner if necessary – for example, if costs suddenly rise or if the National Minimum Wage increases substantially.
Parents are always given notice of the fee increase at least a month in advance and are provided with the revised fee structure for that year.
