Hi, my name is Tiffanie. I completed a two-year childcare level 3 course at Hackney College and recently graduated with a level 5 foundation degree in early childhood in 2021. During my studies, I volunteered in a primary school working with children in the Early Years and Key Stage 1. After graduation, I was offered a position as a nursery assistant at Little Stars, where I was gradually given new responsibilities and tasks. Until June 2024, I worked as a deputy manager and nursery SENCO. From July 2024, I took responsibility as the Nursery Manager.  I have completed my pediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and Makaton course. I am passionate about working with children and love to see their developmental progress.
