The nursery has a team of three members of staff who work closely with the children. The team includes the manager, deputy manager, and early years educator. All staff members are qualified and trained at level 3 and above. Currently,  Tiffanie and Michaela are the Key Workers for the children. Each staff member also has a specific role within the setting, such as a Fire Officer or Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
