The nursery has a dedicated and experienced team who work closely together to provide a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for the children.

Kate is the Company Director and is responsible for the overall management and development of the nursery. She is not involved in the day-to-day care of the children.

Tiffanie is our dedicated Nursery Manager and works closely with the children and the wider team. Michaela is our Deputy Manager, supporting the daily running of the nursery and the children’s care and development. Both Tiffanie and Michaela hold Level 5 qualifications in Childcare.

Sasha is a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator and is an important member of our team, working directly with the children.

We are also proud to support two ambitious apprentices as they develop their careers in Early Years. Idman is currently completing her Level 3 qualification in Childcare and is very close to completing her course. Mina has recently joined our team and is starting her Level 2 qualification in Childcare.

All members of the team are committed to providing high-quality care and education and to continually developing their knowledge and skills. Staff also take on specific responsibilities within the setting, supporting areas such as safeguarding, health and safety, fire safety and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Michaela, Sasha and Idman are currently the Key Workers for the children, providing continuity of care and building strong, trusting relationships with the children and their families.
